agreement 📝
ärve Sports Club values transparency and professionalism in its cooperation with athletes, families, and coaches. All our services, including training, participation in camps, and other activities, are governed by valid agreement terms that ensure the rights and obligations of both parties.
How do agreement work?
Anyone who wishes to participate in our sports club activities must sign a relevant agreement that outlines:
Training times and commitments
Competition participation terms
Rules and obligations for camp participation
Payment terms and refund policies
Liability and insurance (if applicable)
Contracts are necessary to ensure that all our participants can enjoy a professional and safe sports environment with a clear framework for their development.
Signing Contracts
Contracts can be signed:
Via the online form when joining our club’s training sessions or camps.
In person at the sports club office with our coaches or administrative staff.
All agreements and their terms are available on our website, where every participant can review them and ask for further information if needed.
Why are agreements important?
Agreements:
Protect the rights of participants and ensure the quality of services provided.
Clarify expectations and responsibilities for all parties involved.
Create a secure and stable environment, allowing athletes to focus on their development.
How to fill out the agreement?
If you are interested in joining or want to book a place for your child, please fill out the agreement form on our website or contact us for assistance in completing the agreement.
